"My two sons and I have lived on the Eastern Shore our whole lives and it has always missed something that could bring the community together to connect new faces through freedom of expression. I have had a dream of opening a coffee shop for over 10 years that had this goal in mind of community growth and connection. The name Nich's was inspired by my two sons, Nick and Chase. The "NI" stands for Nick and the "CH" stands for Chase. I have always seen in them and their peers that people in this community have something special to share with the world without a place to do it. I want everyone to share in the joy and creative expression this shop has to offer."

"I just visited this awesome coffee shop. The shop has a vintage yet modern feel to it. The coffee and pastries were delicious. The owner is lovely. There’s beautiful art, places to read, and music to listen to. Just all around a great experience. A must visit!"

"What a wonderful shop. Spent my time crochetting and talking to the barista. Wonderful atmosphere, great music, quaint aesthetics, delicious coffee, and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning!!!"

"Nich’s is such a cute and cozy spot. The coffee and pastries are so good and the owner Melanie is the sweetest. Me and a friend just spent over an hour there this evening winding down and chatting with Melanie. Even got myself a book to read."
